Custom Category Groups

Create custom named groups to organize your contacts. Use groups in the Fast Outreach page to bulk message specific segments. Harvest pool sub-pools (see Harvest Pool) can target these group names, and you can filter My Leads by harvest pool below.

Smart AI Contact Scanner

Flag contacts that match your target criteria. Both filters work as AND logic — contacts must match all enabled filters to be flagged.

Job Title Match Criteria

Describe the job titles that should be flagged as matches. Contacts whose titles match will be flagged.

Organization Match Criteria

Describe the organization types you want to flag as matches. Brave will search each unique org to understand what it is, then AI evaluates it against your criteria.
